Marley Engineered Products, in cooperation with the US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), has announced a voluntary recall to replace or take out of service older (obsolete) Berko Electric Catalog Nos. TS, TS-1 and TS-1-A Toe-Space electric heaters manufactured by Berko Electric, Peru, Indiana from 1972 until February 15, 1985. Models built after February 15, 1985 (including the current S series models) were provided with a back up thermal fuse (TCO) and are not included in this program.
