RE:LUTRON GFCI RECEPTACLE PRODUCT NOTIFICATION

Purchasing Agent for Lutron Products:

We would like to notify you that our OEM manufacturer of GFCI recepticles, Hubbell Wiring Devices - Kellems, has issued a product notification on selected GFCI receptacles made between July 2005 - June 2007. This will affect the Lutron model numbers listed below.

Distributors are beinq alerted to:

• Check their inventory for products having the model numbers listed below.
  
• Stop sale of the .products having the listed GFCI model numbers, unless they do not have an LED (See attached photo examples)
  
• Return to Lutron all affected products having these listed model numbers that have an LED, via the standard Lutron RGA process. Call customer service at 1-888- LUTRON1 for RGA information. Product can be returned for replacement products when they become available.
  
• Review the Hubbell product notification found at the web site below:
  www.hubbell-wiring.com/gfcinotification
  
• Notify end users to perform the test as set forth in the Hubbell product notification in order to ensure the GFCI is working properly

At this time we do not have information on when we will have a new supply of GFCI products. For more shipping information please contact Lutron at 1888-LUTRON1. We are working to provide an interim GFCI in white for our customers in immediate need.
